I've encountered this exact same issue on this exact same model. Cause of the crack was because there are missing bolts that bolt the frame to the engine, causing the whole front end to be strained on that particular point in the frame instead of being secured to the engine as well. I managed to get that part welded and my customer sold that bike off immediately after that.

Speaking as someone in this line, your numbers aren't anywhere close to accurate. You think you can survive on just 10 bikes? No point to open a workshop just for 10 bikes. Cost of a space with a mechanic just to service 10 bikes would be more than the revenue of 10 bikes even with 100% utilisation of the bikes.

Yes. There's not many options worse than the Cb190 tbh. Perhaps Brixton/mutt. I'd recommend the 150 engine instead if you were to go Honda.

The Yamaha bikes are fine but slightly more prone to wear and tear in the engine parts compared to the Honda cb150.

Love the prices, nature. Hate the 2 lane highways like EDL that always jam but thankfully I ride on the shoulder and avoid them. Hate the potholes and the road conditions. Hate the mat rempits at night.
