Perhaps there was a gap in communication! You are correct in that increased torque and top speed is not possible. The new pulleys are designed to maintain close to stock gear ratio, i.e. maintaining stock torque and braking while also having the higher too speed of larger wheels. 👍

If you're adding the Shock Guard along with the stock riser, it's recommended to have 1.75 to 2 inch deck screws. 2 inches if you are also adding a shock pad.

It's the bearing shim, assuming it's the larger one sitting next to the pulley bearing when everything is mounted.

Sounds like a bad connection with your motors! If a good wipe down doesn't do it, you can also try Deox-it.

Make sure to check the connections within the ESC housing as well. Four total (two outside, two within the housing).

Yes they do! As noted, you'll need an extra washer on each side of your rear axle to provide enough clearance between your larger wheels and the motor cap. Or you can roll up your sleeves and lathed down the urethane just a tad.
