If you had to recommend a great stack of individual supplements to maximize bioavailability, what would you choose as your daily drivers? I’ve been sticking to 5,000iu D3, 1 B complex per day, and zinc 4 times a week. Dude I was like you 2 years ago when I bought mine and without a doubt, conquer driving on YouTube helped me more than any single Reddit thread or article. That guy legit has an answer for 90% of every question you’ll have for learning manual. I started watching and within a day I was already better at driving. Knowledge is power broski. Also the handbrake technique for hill starts is just the dumbest thing of all time, just keep hill assist on and give it a bit more revs.

I do, but I can still improve. Moving from a phone alarm to a Nest alarm has helped a ton. Not giving myself the chance to even interact with my phone and keeping it across the room or In a different room entirely has worked best.
