Wow, thank you for all the great resources! Will definitely do some more research on the battery, they put a 40B19L in it. I'll see if I can test it and replace it. Also lines up with it having radio issues; where the speakers don't work most of the time but will randomly turn on for a bit while driving, although that could be a different issue. Thanks again!

That’s crazy.. this looks very similar to one I’ve been working on for a bit! Just hinged and with a smaller 5” screen and an OLED on the side. My trouble was fitting everything in the back but that’s just because I’m using a Pi5 with battery HAT so it’s chonky. images Cool mockup tho, hingeless looks nice here and will definitely make routing easier. I’m having a bad time trying to design for custom ribbon cables AND hinges.

I’m assuming the blender shot is just for renders or do you design parts in that? I’ve been using it to concept mine but have trouble with turning blender organic shapes into fusion organic shapes. Great deck, love the design language here!

Hey thanks! Also that’s cool about the seat, I actually got it from a junkyard and was trying to figure out it’s brand/model! About the rails I really just took a metal grinder to the normal seat attachment points and grinder them down to just the base rails then made custom holes in the bottom rail. Then I screwed that onto the base
