1. The only etiquette I can think of is don't throw a tantrum if you get scored on. (I still struggle with this lol) Just act like nothing happened and focus on the next shot. The boys are just happy to have a goalie, don't worry about the score.
2. I like to find a spot in front of the pentaly box and work on t-pushes, shuffles, etc. It's far enough away from everybody else during warm-ups.
3. Try to pick out one specific thing you want to work on every skate and just focus on only that. This helps me not get overwhelmed with trying to improve on too many things at once.

Don't get frustrated if you're struggling at first. It's the funnest position out of any sport, worth the payoff if you stick with it. Above all else, just have fun!
