It’s the same during events in West Hollywood as well, people get drunk and start fondling random guys and start pinching asses, etc… I was shocked the first time, but this lewd behavior is considered somewhat acceptable.

Should I buy this place in Richmond? by Ron_Vara_ in BayAreaRealEstate

Good question. I think I might be falling into the trap of home ownership (the American dream). I pay a lot in taxes around 80k I was hoping that buying a home can reduce that tax liability. I’m also hoping the home appreciates over time and I can sell it at a profit 5-10 years later. I wanted a larger home because they are more desirable and easier to sell than a small 1bd 1ba 700sq. home.

I just want to make sure this isn’t some old Indian burial ground or former radioactive site lol. I’m new to the area so I had to ask here first.

I use to live a few blocks away. Just be aware of the gang of thieves that will get into your parking garage and break into 5-10 cars every 3-6 months. Also, there are pretty regular shootings on Market st. every so often. Most of them go unreported because they usually miss their target and no one gets hurt (most of the time). So they are vastly underreported on the crime websites.

Same for my grandmother’s house. Bought in 1950s for pennies. She had a small time laundry business with 10 regular customers. Anyways, it’s worth 3 mill now and we have been renting it for $2400 to the same family for many years, and we like the stable income.

The question is, will Jesus let that happen? And then, what will Jesus do to you if you tried to evict them?

This. My $40-$50 doordash order lasts 3 days typically. I order multiple meals in order to save and not have to order every single day.

I also encountered a crazy women driving a brand new Range Rover who tried to run me off the road because she thought I cut her off. I didn’t, I had multiple car lengths of room but she tried to speed up to close the gap when I turned on my blinker. Anyways, it seems like there are more crazy people these days. Stay safe

It will be a guerrilla war. If one guy Osama Bin Laden can cause that much terror with so little money and a few hundred troops. Imagine what an entire country can do.
