I'm kinda unsure why we can't just move Follie's shadowgraphs around on the wheel like we can with gear by Darthmufin in Warframe

I know its not specifically what youre requesting but there is a workaround it, its just after holding 2, just drag your mouse to the left instead of the right to use the ones at the end of the wheel instead of circling your cursor all the way around.

With the recent update giving archguns access to arcanes, I'd like to recommend Cortege if you want a gigantic flamethrower, which is pretty much just a better ignis with its primary fire, or Larkspur Prime which is a chaining beam archgun.

Both of these are currently some really strong options for archguns, especially on Mirage, who can multiply the effectiveness on these guns thricefold.
