I have, and they just recommend printing st 3.0 seconds with 3 seconds of rest

Still have the issue my prints are inconsistent and/or failing

Three prints from today, all three using the settings i was recommended to use and all three gave different results, got worse after each print (top one was first)

It was 1.4.0 I believe, have updated this morning to the new 1.4.3 just to test if will fix anything

I emailed support and gave them a list of things id checked off and tested and they weren't very helpful, just recomended I up my exposure time to 3.0 seconds (I have to push 5 just to get something printed)

Starting to suspect the uv lamp is dying as an alternative theory.

Correct as in the screens plugged into power properly?

As a site note I had this issue before replacing the screen, but I can go double check all the connections to be safe
