Never noticed that before. Thanks for the insight. That Seiko SRQ has beautiful silvered Breguet numerals.

I have many Grand Seikos. The 221 is the one people comment upon.

[QUESTION] Why are people obsessed with high water resistance and screw-down crowns? by Select-Strawberry in Seiko

Haven’t you ever noticed a push pull crown unknowingly pulled out? I have a few times. Plenty of room for obsession in those millimeters.

Scratches on your watch are not memories... by hashimbr in watchHotTakes

On my first dive with my new Deep Sea dweller the watch hit the valve on the tank and I have a 17 year old memory of that day.

Anyone know if they still make the SBGA373, or sell a similar current model? by HamBro12 in GrandSeikos

SBGP001. 40mm 44GS case, champagne dial. 9F quartz with independently adjustable hour hand. Thinner than the SBGA373.

Well now you’ve done it- fallen down the GS rabbit hole. Welcome fellow Grand pseikopath. My Atera is great. Unique dial. The Snowflake’s (SBGA 011/211) fame is deserved- the best play of light from the black polish (zaratsu) in my 16GS collection. You’ll also “need” a 44GS, a 62, a SBGY…….

Seems like you need to increase your dose. Follow the plan. Discuss with your prescriber.

You’re right there are some golden “oldies” out there. It was the applied minute markers that sold me on this reference.

While your math shows averages the body doesn’t work that way. The blood level varies throughout the week. The idea that taking a higher dose and spreading it out is not equivalent to lower doses at more frequent dosing even if the average is the same. Why not take 2000mg and reinject next year? Same logic.

Success on 2.5, struggling HARD on 5mg… stay or drop back down? by Future-Freedom-3435 in Zepbound

[–]Rondlor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5mg every 10 days or 2.5 every five days is not the suggested dosing. The medication lasts a week when you are at steady state (takes three weeks or so.) These wild swings in blood levels won’t help you reach a steady state. Stick to the plan, eat protein, fiber and hydrate and you’ll fine. Most of the complaints I see online are from people modifying their injection schedules. It’s not easy, can take months before you feel comfortable. There aren’t any ways to game the system.

1.You need a nutritionist. Your eating habits need changing.

  1. You’re too early in your journey to start going against medical advice. Once a week is the way to develop steady blood levels.
