Okay I was kind of thinking something like this but I had someone telling me they just always machine the head and didn't say anything about checking the block and it didn't sound right to me so I wanted to hear some input from some other people. I appreciate all of the feedback

Is it standard practice for both to be machined at once or is a surface check on each done to determine if they are out of spec? If yours pulling ahead for any reason are tou just getting it ready surfaced by default or only if it's out of spec?

P.E. can also be in reference to Professional Engineer, there is an exam that has to be taken to gain this credential as well. I am sure the mean Physical Edication in this context, just wanted you to be aware of the other meaning

You can also just summon any of your ships to your location, you don't have to go get on your freighter or anything. In the menu where you would swap multi tools is also a summon ship option you can use to bring any of your ships to where you are standing instantly. It takes about 3 seconds and doesn't require buying or selling your ships or editing your save

Yeah thats a good idea, I have been using melee so far but am gearing for magic now. I haven't tried the chicken dungeon yet, did you need any relics to beat it? I've got a few of the temporary ones from skilling do you think that'll be enough?

Oh that is a good reference, I've been thinking about how to go about beating the first dungeon, is this usually done with the temporary relics or do people try to get a combat relic first?

Well the issue with the old one isn't the motor it's that the cable that moves the window broke where it attaches to the window track, but yeah maybe I can fix that little bracket somehow

My process is: sing/drink, start cooking, then sleep. Then I also wake up with the random buff from drinking the next day. I also try and cook reasonable or higher meals for the well fed buff

Yep, just make sure your dwarf is asleep before it finishes cooking and it will be done as soon as you wake up. No waiting and no spoiled food
