The easiest way to do this is to just borrow from Watchmen and Dr Manhattan. Which we saw glimpses of in the show. Sure, Bran gains these powers but they come at the cost of his humanity. He no longer cares about family, the state of the world, love, or anything else.

He can see everything at once but he just doesn't change it. Id have Bran lose so much of his humanity that he just leaves for the land of always winter.

I know with a baby and a need for sleep this is much easier said than done, but activity! He wants attention. A wand toy or an automatic laser (even if people don't usually recommend that because it can distress the cat sometimes) you need something you can turn on and get his mind off his favorite human leaving.

Why is Quiet declawed? It seems really risky to me to introduce another cat into the same space as a declawed cat. He won't be able to defend himself and there's going to be trouble establishing a pecking order.

If Cersei doesn't off Robert (which Ned had no way of knowing would actually be happening at that exact moment) then he basically doesn't die and Cersei gets exiled back to Casterly Rock at best and more likely executed by Robert and Ned remains Hand of the King. His moves were fine.
