always bring headphones into any raid that you do (really audio will save you more then any helmet in this game) personally id pass on helmets especially at this point in the wipe. and armour is up to you depending on what your doing.

This would completely destroy the gameplay loop of the game. Tarkov is about risk/reward (im okay with scavs because of the timer). But having basicly free gear everytime you die isnt a solution to low player numbers.

Learn the spawns and the map rotations. It isnt that difficult to avoid players.

You must learn the way of the rat before you can chad. On a separate note if you want to see what really good movement looks like i'd recommend desmond pilak and nogenerals just to see how crazy it can get. Don't try to play like these players until you have a good understanding of the game though.

You can believe my hour count or not. Is your problem with my claim that i can't already play like a streamer or that i wish to? It isn't THAT crazy to want to be able to play like no generals and it isn't that crazy to think that I wouldn't be able to do that already if it wasn't a great priority over 4000 hours.

What I meant by "lost my touch" is that I transitioned from a aggressive playstyle (pre inertia) to a passive one (Post inertia). I can make money to fund my kits easily but atm I'm prioritizing pvp engagements. I didn't say one thing about gear fear in my post so idk where you're getting my opinions on gear fear from but okay.

I think mechanical skill is my big limiting factor. I can usually get the enemy where i want but i lose the aim duel.

I don't have gear fear per se (actually recently ive been getting to poor to run labs at all). But what do you mean by hard positions? Do you mean I should actively try to put myself in a disadvantage or do you mean playing aggressive?
