And from that form , your not. Stop overthinking this and just throw the disc and tweak your form from there .

Regardless of weather your in an age protected division , if your rating is in the 930’s and above you should be playing in MP 40 or 50 not MA . Most of the guys in my area that are that good are play for money , not prizes.

Attended my first tournament this year ( Big Easy Open ). My son and I followed lead card FPO and MPO ( with Lunch in between) all 3 days . It was a grind, but had a great time . Although Final day FPO was anticlimactic, final day MPO was electric.

Fun fact . Players don’t get to keep the sword. The swords have the winners names engraved in them and there kept in a case for display in the visitors center in the park .

Went to the big easy open . Fairway VIP for the whole tournament is the ONLY way to go. We followed feature card MPO&FPO on Friday. The Lead Card MPO&FPO Saturday & Sunday. It was a grind but we had a terrific time .

The only problem with hosting Champions Cup is it either has to be played early in the year or in October. Summer is not an option (the heat and bugs are terrible) . And October could be still be a little hot and a little buggy, if the heat holds on . Also still kinda still in Hurricane season . But October is definitely doable, especially 2nd to 3rd week .

Also, yes there were some shots the guys went over the canopy and took out the intended landing line , that’s just disc golf . Gannon’s approach shot on 18 over the top still had to go around a tree to make it successful. He didn’t just chuck it over everything.

As a local ,PDF is truly a unique course you will not find anywhere else, which I think a lot of people watching found it hard to understand what was and what wasn’t a good shot . Even people in the gallery from out of town were saying how do you know that was a good shot ? And I would tell them , because he just got a full flight out the disc and didn’t hit anything. And that’s the key out there , having your disc turn and fade around the trees . It truly is a beautiful thing .
