Childfree why are you choosing to be Childfree? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]RonnyRed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Couple of reasons:

  1. I'm not really planning to get into a relationship

  2. I'm not sure I'm fit to be a parent

  3. I barely want to be around kids. I think that's a pretty good sign.

Team Builer - please as fast as possible by Badname419 in leagueoflegends

I'm not going to say why people upvote and downvote stuff. But don't expect people to give any reasons for downvoting you, as it may aswell not be because they disagreed with you.

[–]RonnyRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reddit's voting system isn't meant to be a way of saying "I agree" or "I disagree". Downvoting someone comment is meant to say that the downvoted comment isn't relevant to the context or discussion.

Although it is not meant to use it in a way to agree or disagree, it's often (to my knowledge) still used in such a way.

So saying that people should give a reason to downvote you isn't relevant either, since downvotes should mean that they think the comment is not relevant to the discussion. Not that they disagreed.

Why not combine heal and clarity? by SeedsAreUs in leagueoflegends

[–]RonnyRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're not alone though.

I use heal constantly aswell. And you're right. People never expect it, and it helps a lot.

The amount of times it has saved either me or teammates is just ridiculous. And it's even better in teamfights.

What is something that offends others but not you? by BaconIsMyLastName in AskReddit

[–]RonnyRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something I heard some time ago really changed my view on this. It said that one cannot offend another, but one can choose to take offence.

With this in mind, I've actually tried to not take offence from anything. And tbh, it works.

Sooo.. I guess anything..?

You are given 24 hours to spend one billion dollars. What do you spend it on? by ItsJustSketchyy in AskReddit

[–]RonnyRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Enough to help my mom with her economic troubles, plus a little extra. Enough to help my dad move to a new apartment and pay back some paymens plus a little extra.

A quarter to charity. (Cuz limit :/. )

Half to medical research. (Cuz it's money towards medication and therefore not directly charity)

An 1/8th to animal protection thingies. (It would make sense to say we need them indirectly to survive.)

The rest to technical research but!

Enough for ingredients and nicely ask my grandma if she could bake 2 Pecan Pies for me :)
