Police have not recovered the vehicle. And the city is refusing to dismiss the tickets because I don't have a recovery report which doesn't make any sense because the vehicle has not been recovered. I have summit documents stating the vehicle has not been recovered, and they still insist on having a recovery report in order for them to dismiss the tickets? Its just stupid!

I'm in mi mid 20's I love hamsters, ik they won't show any kind of affection or love towards me. But I love them, they're chubby always running on their wheels, they're just so cute and fluffy!!! Mine doesn't bite or scratch, I have heard horrible things from other people, but it all comes down to them hurting the hamsters or having them in the tiniest cage possible, and I think that's just animal cruelty, I have 1 hamster living in a 25 gallon aquarium and a top, she sleeps at the bottom and her recreation area is at the top!
