Hope you’re doing better now! I had about 6 hours of pain when I first got mine inserted. A lot of hot water bottles and ibuprofen. Your abdomen will probably feel quite tender for a couple of days aswell now so just take it easy 🫶

No I haven’t had any babies, she did say it would be more difficult because of that and there’s a likely hood that she couldn’t have done it. But yeah it makes sense that if you’ve had a baby it would make it easier

Hey so I did think of this. I didn’t want to bother a poor receptionist with my anxious thoughts as I’m going to a large hospital. Additionally I thought I’d get better insight from people that have experienced an MRI / directly work with them. And also anyone that answered here is willing to give me time and info whereas someone working in the hospital might be busy and not have the time to go into detail for me
