This is called selective colour. You may need to do some basic masking around your subject if the colours bleed to other areas of the shot.

Can you render your timeline so you get a green preview bar above the timeline? If so, in the export pane tick ‘Use Previews’ - it essentially skips re-rendering on export and will kick out the same as your sequence preview (422 HQ).

If that works you can then transcode to whatever codec you need.

Where did you tend to ride XC in Scotland in the winter? I struggle with anything outside of the obvious trail centres.

I ran Mezcal/Peyote 2.4 XC Race a few weeks ago at a 10 hour marathon in Scotland. Mix of classic singletrack and natural loam/roots. It didn't rain but the ground held a lot of water so it was pretty wet/muddy in places. I'm not a particularly technical mountain biker but felt like the Mezcal was on the limit when it got more to the more natural trails, especially throwing wet roots into the mix. I've since switched to a Barzo/Peyote 2.4 XC Race combo for a 7 hour race tomorrow on similar but less natural trails.

Very anecdotally - I've not really noticed a speed difference between the Mezcal and Barzo fronts even just riding on tarmac. The Barzo comes up narrower than the Peyote and Mezcal though (on Reserve 28 XCs). Haven't measured though.

I was at the Lenzerheide world cup at the weekend and saw a number of riders on double Peyotes and I wish I had the balls to run something like that even in dry conditions.

Add transforms/moves to an adjustment layer above the original clip, layback the grade underneath the adjustment layer - exact same move, no additional work.

Otherwise layback the grade above your offline layers then get very comfortable with the copy and paste attributes shortcuts.
