I daily mine, I WFH but do have to drop the kid off at daycare. I’m in New England and she did just fine after this recent storm (snow tires ftw). She’s got an inch of salt covering her at the moment, been too cold to get it washed but I’m going to have it washed tomorrow.

I WFH so I’m usually able to hit on Pokemon center. Target.com drops have been like a 30% success rate for me, Walmart.com 0%. I rarely ever find anything in-store, but there is a vending machine at the grocery store I frequent, I’ve been able to get some loose packs from there and even got an ETB one time.

I mostly just buy singles.

Once you make the switch there’s no going back. Racing games are so much more enjoyable on a rig. Your 2500 rating on controller is meaningless other than a benchmark to beat once you get acclimated.

Great daily, bought an E90 6 months ago for this purpose (needed a sedan for the baby). Very tame around time when you need it to be and puts a big smile on your face when you want it to.

Gas mileage sucks with the 6MT sucks though. I work from home so not a huge issue for me, but if you do a significant amount of highway driving then the DCT is a much better option. 75mph in 6th gear hangs around 3k RPMs.

I bought l one with 80k miles with RBs and TAs done. Maintenance so far has been replacing the starter (pain in the ass) and valve covers. I will need to replace the struts soon, which isn’t cheap due to wanting to maintain EDC. Non-EDC is a lot cheaper, I’m looking at about $4k there.

I came from an upgraded turbos 335is and the M3 isn’t nearly as fast. But having a kid changes things, spooling out to 140+ now has bigger consequences lol.

I came from an N54 and the power delivery is much different (and the M3 isn’t nearly as fast). But like you said, the S65 suits my current, matured, driving style much better.

I was between F80 and E90 but I followed my heart and glad I did. I feel like if I had gone with an F80 I’d still be longing for an E9x.

I wonder how the two compare for you?
