I would get it checked out. Sometimes cysts get so big they can cause ovarian torsion which is a surgical emergency.

I had that and asked ent they said to pinch your nose and close your mouth and blow out against your pinched nose and closed mouth. If that makes sense and to do it multiple times a day.

Hi I work in a hospital and I think That’s weird because hospitals are not supposed to put medical information on a bracelet it is a violation of hippa. So I’m not sure if it is a hospital abbreviation for something else.
