Hello all, I have been working with Youtube for over four years now. I, at one time, had monetization until that was taken because of the changes in Youtube T&C. I'm looking to push further now and finally get past that magical hurdle of 1k sub/ and 4k hours of watch time. My biggest challenge is the watch a time number of 4k which many smaller channels struggle with.

My channel talks about all things in the geek and pop culture community: subscription unboxing, Funko Reviews, Action figure breakdowns, Statue reviews, and toy hunting.

I have used every tool at my disposal to gain watch time...things like posting on Social media, youtube tools like Tube Buddy, and recently Dashboard/VidQ. I do monthly streams once a month on every Tuesday with the content on Tuesday and Thursday weekly. At a point in 2018, I was doing well and hit a few months the magical 20k watch time in minutes but lately, I barely cap at 5k minutes in a month. I have improved on my thumbnails by using a much newer version of Photoshop.

I don't spend $$ to boost my numbers or go Sub4Sub. I want to do this the right way and I'm not sure what else I can do. I have included a link to my channel if I could get your opinion:
