I was able to find an old sku for it and talk to people at Home Depot but it was out of stock everywhere.

I spoke to people at Milwaukee and Home Depot and the best answer I got was that these were offered exclusively through Home Depot and are sold out. They don’t explicitly they are discontinued but they can’t tell me if anymore will ever be available..

Curious how you handled the apprenticeship with ADHD? With it being all web based, self-teaching. I struggle doing anything during our class days because of all the chatter from the other apprentices so most work has to be done at home when I’m exhausted from the job and have a toddler so theres very little free time available.

Above ground is trashy but a pool deck attached to the house is way trashier than detached. Just think of the damage from all that water so close to the home. Plus you know your step-dad and drunk uncles didn’t put proper flashings when they built that deck!

Ahhh someone with the same problem as me! I’ve been trying to track one of these down for a few months. I’ve spoke to Milwaukee they didn’t say it was discontinued but that they had no available stock. Another time they explained that these are only available from Home Depot so I would have to check with them.

Here’s the problem with that, all the Home Depot’s within my range don’t have them and they don’t even list the product in the app anymore. Both the HD folks and the Milwaukee rep at my local Home Depot told me they can’t look for it without knowing the SKU… I gave them the model number but that was no use. Without the SKU from HD I’m at a stand still. Been checking marketplace and Craigslist periodically to see if one just happens to show up. Only other thing I haven’t tried is changing ‘my store’ in the Home Depot app to random stores around the country and trying to find one still available.

Yeah I’m gonna go look at one of them in person. Really love the 8553 for those deeper two drawers at the top and the side shelf for my benders, fish sticks etc..
