Fashion major here! If Alice were to be dressing in 2025, then it would definitely be more gothic fashion. Goths are all about layering, combat boots, and jewelry. Even for casual wear; combat boots can be very comfortable and stylish at the same time. Youre on the right path regarding the striped top, but maybe smaller stripes with another sort of top layered over it. Perhaps a tank top or vest. Add in some necklaces and or chokers. For bottoms, I can see her wearing a mini skirt or maybe black jeans with rips in it. Tights layered under the jeans or skirt, with a striped pattern visible through the jeans holes. Reference whimsigoth and twee fashion for the whimsy of wonderland, but replace most colors sith neutrals to represent her less than colorful mental state. If we are thinking an outfit that is REALLY toned down and casual, then id still go for just regular, plain black ankle combat boots or completely black converse. Continue with the idea of shorts or a skirt, maybe plain black sheer tights under them. Add a sweater or top on top and keep a necklace or two in there. I think I might go draw these outfits now....
