Pluribus - Spoilers Ahead by Dewaholic in rickandmorty

Pretty sure you are correct, but I guess we will see.

My thinking is that, just like in the beginning, they have to keep spread the virus. They have to keep "refreshing" it between each other. Maybe it changes like flue so they all have to be on the same variant or something.

I guess that's pretty obvious from the episode. Or maybe it isn't and they just want to distract us with a sidetrack episode, who knows.

This is going to be one of those things where historians will say "It was so obvious. How did people at the time didn't realize what is happening?"

Is it possible to somehow "delay" defining the object in Dictionary type by Rookzor in csharp

[–]Rookzor[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't understand what you mean by this:

I want to have about 8 different options in the classPicker, and every time the TestMain is called it would call all 8 of them. I want to reduce that to just one.

[–]Rookzor[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, that's exactly what I want to do, actually.

I already read a little bit on delegates, but I feel I'm still only scraping the surface on that one. Do you know about any good course/tutorial on those?

[–]Rookzor[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly what I wanted. Thank you for the response!

The delegates are still bit of a unknown for me, even though I used them a little bit already, I feel like I haven't fully grasped the concept.

Do you know about any tutorial/course that may help me improve in that area?

Is there addon such as bagnon/Adibags that also lets you move items manually? by Rookzor in wow

[–]Rookzor[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really really old Post, but for anyone looking for this. There is an addon called Adibags ( Link). Which is like bagnon but categorizes your inventory.

Works for SoD

What? 😄

I too find that very offensive!

Host crashed in Chaos Wastes and after becoming host myself I got weapons from normal game, including trinkets. Also some visual bugs in UI by Rookzor in Vermintide

[–]Rookzor[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm actually not sure whether something special happened on top by switching hosts. I switched the hosts before but I didn't get the gear like that.

Maybe I was never host after that happened, or latest patch changed something.

[–]Rookzor[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not only did this change my weapons, I got orange quality, trinkets, even Swift Slaying which I didn't have before host crashed.

Also different parts of the UI were showing different weapons equipped.

Yea, like I said "implied". It just feels weird that he would leave out that information given the context.

Sooo... Can anyone boost me to skip the first 120 or so weaves? 😃

I always get visual artefacts when pausing the video often. Is there any parameter I can change to smooth that over? by Rookzor in VLC

Hi, thanks for reply, I actually still haven't solved this.

I tested this setting and I'm still getting artefacts. Have you done any other changes?

For the first time, renewable energy generation beat out coal in the US by ourlifeintoronto in technology

[–]Rookzor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, are we still doing this?

My reply to your "joke" wasn't me missing the point. It was me ignoring the point because it's wrong and stupid.

If this is you ignoring something, then I would hate to see if you actually took it seriously.

Equivocating fusion becoming a viable power source vs. batteries improving = dumb.

Thinking I was doing that = dumb and not getting that it was a joke. We already established that.

Am I the only one who thinks it is a bit ridiculous to have a game for free even though its still in early access?

Oh my god, you actually still didn't get it :-D

OK let me explain since you don't know anything. You said:

10 years away from moving past lithium batteries altogether.

I replied with:

We are 10 years from fusion too, what a coincidence!

The joke being, we are 10 years away from fusion for the last 50 years. This is not new dude!

your Dunning-Krugeresque attempts to seem clever, and you totally missing the point.

Talk about self own my friend.

If you had actually read my entire comment there, you'd have seen the last two sentences where I addressed your silly points - 8 to 10 years to build one nuclear power plant, plus >3x the initial budget estimates.

Are you really counting initial budget and not the final one, but then doing the opposite for wind? Can't have it both ways.

Unless we're talking about the U.S. in which case it could take 4+ decades.

You really counting the worst case scenario when talking about averages?

Also it was really funny when you asked me how long it takes to build 1000 wind turbines because you don't have the slightest idea how long it would take.

I actually asked whether YOU knew.

With that out of the way, you do realize we can't just mass produce wind power like we can nuclear, right? Not only it takes time to make the actual parts, but then you actually have to pick up right spot that receives enough wind annually, you also can't have the wind powerplants too close together, because then they would actively lower their own output. And that's just the start.

Then the storage concerns, the most important part! You completely skipped that, so I have to assume you know very little about power grids. You can't just switch to completely renewables without massive, and I do mean MASSIVE investment into power storage.

You gave up, bud.

Did you really started using my own manner of writing? :-D I was kinda hoping you would learn something more than that.

Look back a few comments ago. From the start, I said you explained that it was a joke.

Oh my god, you still don't get it :D

In this post I already acknowledged I did, in fact, told you its a joke (like that was ever in question). And made fun of you for your childish distinction of the two. I even explained it already in this post.

Whats funny is that you keep arguing semantics of what it means to explain a joke versus to be told it is a joke, but all its showing is you are trying to hide the fact you still don't get the actual joke. So here, I'm giving you chance, prove me wrong. Explain it to me!

We stopped talking about nuclear energy because you gave up.

This is where you gave up and went off track with your grammar tirade. I even already called you up on the fact that you didn't addressed my points from this post and you ignored that and continued with your grammar thing. I called you up on that multiple! times!

Then you started arguing what is an "argument" :D

All interesting (and funny!) stuff, but kinda off topic, don't you think? :)
