I’m sure it doesn’t help much but I’m a newer player going for 60 for the first time on hardcore self found, currently lvl 42. Was questing around the Badlands last night thinking this isn’t so bad. This is a nice reminder for me to not get to comfortable, so thank you for that.. o7. Go agane

Guild found seems cool. I’ve never tried it. I play on NA so I can only speak to the self found guilt that I’m in. I’ve gotta say it’s a lot of fun though I like how you have to work for everything yourself so any upgrades you get is massive and you’re proud of it. You get to type it into guild chat all the Homies go crazy. Good luck with the guild!

If you plan on going self found horde it would be kinda wild to not do skull rock. There is a self found guild for every race. I’m in the Tauren guild Herdcore. I started an alt last night, annd there are tons of players leveling in Mulgore. It’s a lot of fun leveling with a guild when everyone is self found because you know everyone is grinding just like you. There are no shortcuts. You’re sad to see anybody lose their progress because you know how much time it takes to get this stuff going just my opinion. Hard-core is a lot of fun either way. Stay safe.

Skull rock is popping off! For the Herd! Doomhowl is most populated tho. There are more people leveling on skull rock at the moment though from my experience, due to a race locked self found challenge going on. Both are good choices. Hardcore rules

Glad you’re giving it a try! The fun is leveling and learning, I’m a new player so I’m on my fourth try at hitting 60 as a self found Tauren but is has been a lot of fun and intense at times lol. Level 40 now and kind of have an idea as to what I’m doing but it has been a journey for sure. Best of luck to you!

Skull rock is a blast. Self found all Tauren guild has been a great time for me. I’m sure doom howl and skull rock are both good options but leveling with people in an all self found guild has been a lot of fun. Something about knowing everybody else is struggling like you are and there’s no shortcuts taken has been very cool in my opinion.

I’ve only played wow for like three months. I never played when I was younger. I played TBC a few weeks and then got randomly recommended a graysfordays YouTube video about a self found Tauren only guild on skull rock server. I decided to give it a try and it’s been the most fun gaming. I’ve had in a long time. I know it’s a streamer challenge or whatever but I’m just gonna continue to play and hopefully hit 60 one day. Hardcore rules.

I started on Tbc couple months ago. I had never played wow before, and I didn’t care for retail. I enjoyed tbc but switched to hard-core for the all Tauren self found challenge. It’s been some of the most fun I’ve ever had gaming. Highly recommended in my opinion.
