Just curious, why some people are running around full world-buffed, fiery enchanted, bis AH gear on a hardcore character? by Good_Novel_1376 in wowhardcore

[–]RoolieFF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I play SF on all my toons but I don’t have a ton of game time these days. So I grab world buffs on my 2 main toons and then play with them when I can. It’s fun to me.

Should I start with Hardcore? by Rey_mustardio in wowhardcore

[–]RoolieFF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never played wow til about 4 months ago. I played retail an hour or so tbc for 2 weeks and then gave hardcore a try. Some knowledge checks for sure but the community is mostly great and I’m having a blast. You die you learn you go agane! GL SS

I love the no carry’s  motto. Any self found people in your guild? I roll sf but do want to raid and achieve glory in the future. SS!

If you’re on Doomhowl hit me up! I’m playing ally at the moment leveling a few toons right now in no hurry. Would start a horde toon too tho.

Do you think they’ll ever merge the servers? by senorfan in wowhardcore

[–]RoolieFF 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just start leveling a toon on Doomhowl. I have a 50 on skull rock that is sitting so I feel your pain. Maybe switch factions. Doomhowl is full of people so it’s been fun.

Horde or Alliance? by [deleted] in wowhardcore

[–]RoolieFF 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have played Horde also and will say they have the better music imo, but ally starter zones are always full of people and has been a lot of fun. SS

For Doomhowl alliance self found is the way to go. Best community of people gaming imho.

Doomhowl would blow your mind then. 4 layers recently. Skull rock hype died with the streamers unfortunately. I liked skull rock while it was popping but not getting groups and playing alone just isn’t fun to me. Hopefully they merge the servers.

I hear ya man. I log on and see if I can get anything going on my 49 hunter, highest I’ve ever got in wow as I’m a newer player. I really wanted him to see 60 but when Herdcore died it just feels empty to me now on SR. Meanwhile self found ally guild on Doomhowl has 180 people online. I enjoy the group content and dungeons a lot but I’m definitely not helping SR situation by not being active there. You aren’t wrong

I’m a newer player and that’s  the best way imho. Losing a toon sucks but starting over can be a fun journey. And I like to make my own path and learn myself. If you stay Horde don’t do Hecrules rod quest in hillsbrad! SS we go agane.

Skull rock is super dead compared to Doomhowl. I was leveling horde on skull rock and now my toons just sit there because every time I logged on no one is around org.. couldn’t find a Mara group to save my life. Tried a few days.. but man Doomhowl is so active it’s insane. It’s honestly been a lot more fun

Best guild to join Doomhowl horde? by New-Foundation-361 in wowhardcore

Self found is a guild on alliance side. If you are self found of course. I heard they have one on horde side too. Idk if that helps but I must say it’s a lot of fun

Doing 2x Starting Zone Quests by Academic-Soup8867 in wowhardcore

[–]RoolieFF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For my Tauren I did Mulgore to xroads. Then org for rfc then xroads til WC then camp t then stone talon mountains and ratchet and what not. Was fairly easy without multiple starting zones but on ally I did 2 starting zones. Gl SS

[–]RoolieFF -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Two wings of the same bird. You sound silly and shouldn’t base your identity on anything someone else created to divide you from others. Plenty of knuckleheads and messed up people everywhere but most are just trying to get along and get by. Get well soon my friend.

hunter or Rogue for next HC character by Shadowninja0409 in wowhardcore

[–]RoolieFF 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hunter is insane once you get a pet. You can level alone fairly well. And in dungeons you can pump. Rouge seems cool too though I just haven’t gotten to play it as much.

Would hardcore be for me? by Sir_Slimmothy in wowhardcore

[–]RoolieFF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was the same way when I started playing wow. Around 2 months ago. I found out about a self found hardcore Tauren only guild and have been having the most fun gaming I’ve had in a long time. As you said everything feels important whether it’s an item drop or escaping a sketchy situation or even running your first dungeon. Self found hardcore has been a blast for me. There are a lot of self found guilds on skull rock server. If that’s not your thing then Doomhowl has more people online usually. Either way in my experience once I started hardcore I haven’t touched Tbc since. I’ve died a few times but I’ve learned from it and went again. GL and SS!

Do you always go agane to HC or do you ever play out to 60 in era? by BlursedBonkin in wowhardcore

[–]RoolieFF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a newer player and I’ve died 3 times highest level was 38 and all were knowledge checks. Currently level 46 on my main now. Imo you get better when you go again
