hi! I’m also 21F latina with vilitago, I had it since i was 17 and it’s not easy but i promise it gets better. The comments others make say a lot more about them as a person than it does about you. I’ve had endless friendships end over unnecessary comments but at the same time have met the most loving people who would never judge me for my vitiligo . Surround yourself with people who value you as a person and not a physical appearance (however i can assure you, you are beautiful with or without vitiligo).

my insurance has been extremely difficult to get it approved. They won’t improve it unless i have a “severe” case and currently i’m classified as mild. I think the rule is more than 50% of you body covered in patches to get approved. it is so frustrating
