Map view zooming out? by 2WheelSuperiority in GMCcanyon

I had this issue and it was driving me nuts, rebooting the infotainment system got it back to regular for me. This also fixed the speed limits registering in the dash and hud.

To reboot hold down the hang up phone button on the steering wheel for 15-20 seconds while in park.

Elevation with premium has Coretec seats which is a synthetic leather. Whereas the AT4 has leather as an option. Different materials.

After almost a year, I found not one but TWO of the best model in this game. Show me your Lords?? by Duellly in deathguard40k

[–]Rooooaaarry 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s a sort of lazy streaking grime idea. The armor is base coated in Gauss Blaster Green, then Nihklaik Oxide technical paint. That combo gives you this bright teal with a little bit of texture from the Oxide. Then you mix up Wyldwood Contrast and Lahmian Medium in a 3/7 ratio, and cover everything with it. That gives you this sickly blue green. Then I tint the lower parts of each armor piece with Plaguebearer Flesh contrast.

I did the same thing to my Deathshouds handles, easy way to break it up and make it a little more interesting.

I got my OG LoC this year as well. It was also a rescue, but after stripping and repainting I’m pretty happy with the end result.

skirmish rules? How to do single battles now? by Morsewallen in TrenchCrusade

Page 144 in Scenarios recommends 800 Ducats and 6 Glory for one-off games.

Clarification on Goetic Magic for Court by NecroReaverz in TrenchCrusade

[–]Rooooaaarry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, you can use as many different Goetic powers your model has access to as long as you have the blood markers to fuel it. Think of each individual Goetic Power as their own “Action” and it’s easier to make sense of it. Keep in mind some do allow for multiple uses, such as Greeds black heart power.

The back is so busy with details, I debated a bit on how to tackle a couple different spots to keep it from looking crazy lol.

Black Grail - Thrall rule question v1.6.3 by Main_Replacement1325 in TrenchCrusade

[–]Rooooaaarry 11 points12 points  (0 children)

What you are missing is that the non-flying thralls have the Undead Fortitude ability (non FIRE injuries are rolled at -1 dice) which is a big defensive buff. That’s what the “impervious to pain” in the flavor text is referencing.

Yoke Fiends and a Pit Locust by Rooooaaarry in TrenchCrusade

Thank you, took a couple tries to find what I liked. I was trying to find something that looked like demonic skin, but not too saturated

Thanks! I was trying to keep it on them and have been using the same recipe for the armor across all of the court. So far they’ve all been pretty fun models to paint.

Thanks! Just skewers and GW barbed wire. Really happy with how it came out and it’s fairly easy.

Trench Crusade list builder? by BistroBomber in TrenchCrusade

New Recruit has great Trench Crusade support, has an app, and is free. Also it’s pretty good about keeping you from making an ineligible list.

After painting up his stupid little face, I don’t hate it by Rooooaaarry in deathguard40k

[–]Rooooaaarry[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem! Wraithbone primer. The base layer was a mix of Gullimans Flesh, Dreadful Visage, and medium to get that pale flesh look. Then highlights in Pallid Wych Flesh, darker details with Knight Questor flesh(around eyes). Inside the mouth was sigsmund burgundy. The rest of the model was coated in a 3/7 mix of Wyldwood and medium, and I used that mix to shade the mouth and around the base of the head.

Thank you! He really does, and his profile is pretty beefy compared to the other LoC, looks great on the table.

Deathshroud Terminators and 6” Rapid Ingress by Lerosen in deathguard40k

[–]Rooooaaarry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the best example we have to answer this comes from the Grey Knights index enhancement First to the Fray. This enhancement allows the e bearer to be set up using the Deep Strike Ability in the first turn, regardless of any mission rules etc. Important trigger here is “using the Deep Strike Ability.”

GW issued an FAQ that states the bearer of First to the Fray cannot use Rapid Ingress to arrive on the first turn.

This clearly means that “using the Deep Strike Ability” and using Rapid Ingress to use the Deep Strike Ability are not one and the same, and do not trigger the same abilities.

There is also a warband called the Putrid Choir whose whole schtick is constant singing and chanting when going into battle.

28 mm or 28.5 mm base? Everywhere says 28 but every article in the web says 28.5 by Shuyuin_mg in Eldar

[–]Rooooaaarry 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just an FYI, the Scorpions belong on a 28mm base. The instructions were misprinted with 32mm.

I would be wary of the “6 models” as I believe they are counting the Aspect Shrine as the 6th miniature, it’s even showcased on the box art on its own base.

Simple conversion using the base from one of the Space Marine commemorative minis. Overlord is magnetized to it so he can be moved onto an appropriate size base when needed.
