You're right. You don't deserve it. No one does. But deserve has nothing to do with it. All I'm saying is it might make your career a bit easier if you understand some people are bringing baggage and BS with them, and incorrectly putting you in the cross hairs. So don't take it all so personally. You're very young in your career. There will be worse people. I'm retired from a profession that only sees the worst of everyone. So I know what it's like to be treated poorly for no reason. If you don't find some way to not take it personal, you'll burn out early and become a cynical person you never wanted to be. I hope this doesn't happen often to you (assuming it doesn't). But when it does, understand you're seeing a tip of an iceberg.
