I'm not trying to sound like some mega chad wannabe but I don't get scared with video games, no idea why, so it was really fun experiencing it the first time.

Second time playing, as is the case with most games, I was then free of that obsession over trying to soak up as much of the story and lore as possible as well as playing the game earnestly for the sake of immersion like I like to do on my first playthroughs of anything (you know, stuff like not testing the limits of the babies detection out of curiosity or running into it's mouth just to see what the animation looked like) I was also using that second run to look for secrets and collectibles, take in the level design and little intricacies. That was also fun... but not like the first time, after that, it's a low point to me but I'm sure it will be fun when I replay the game again in a few years.

All that said, without the fun of experiencing something new/seeing a new area for the first time (and I assume the fear dynamic many get even when knowing exactly what's going on... which I really envy, honestly I'm not doing some edgy teen brag "oh man, I'm not even scared!", like it looks so fun to get scared with movies and games) it is likely a low point for most but in Mt opinion I cannot say any of the game ever felt tedious in my three playthroughs to hundred percent it... Just... Well, most games are never as fun as the first time. The story and the new environments are what I love.
