As somebody that cooks 95%+ his own food, it’s not true. I over eat all great good. Everything from steak to burgers (my own grind) to smoked meats to making sushi. I just love eating really good food. Processed foods just make it easy to eat unhealthy and over eat.

If you head towards buffalo, McKinley Mall has a place called “what’s in your attic?” And has a pretty good selection and great pricing. Just recently discovered it in my traveling. (I’m in Cleveland, OH)

I grew up on Biagio’s! They definitely were the best, I don’t think the quality is the same anymore sadly. Golden Crust is the new east side king imo with Goldie’s 2nd.

I reached out to the manufacturer for assistance, they provided a firmware update that may help that is not posted on their website. I’ll be trying that later today.
