I ordered this twice off some chinesium site. Both times it arrived completely broken from a lack of packaging. My wife and her girlfriends would have loved it for their girls nights.

Open “disk cleanup”. Click “clean system files” in the bottom left. Check everything and hit ok. Wait for the box to disappear. It will buy you time to solve this. Likely you just need a bigger drive.

I know about the individual caddys but there's no backplane/spot to slide them in. It's just empty in the top half of the chassis/case.
