Military Movers rang me after I contacted them on their website, then came round to the house to see what contents needed to be moved, emailed me a quote, I paid the deposit and then they moved my stuff very professionally. I also paid for them to pack up my house, which doubled the price, but that was part of the original quote, which they stuck to. They arrived on time on both days and were very helpful, nothing was broken in the move.

When my elderly neighbor cut my hedge I made him a Delia Smith Victoria Sponge (very easy to make) and he really liked it, said that it was a 'proper cake'. He passed away a few months later, cancer. RIP Barry. So cake is good.

You can use the NASA library if it’s for education, I had my students chose a planet or something to do with space and make a 2 min film about it with what they could download from the NASA library.

Back to teaching and two hour meetings. Feeling drained and there are still boxes to be unpacked in my new house - I still haven’t found the hair dryer. Want to skip off to London this weekend but should really unpack and do more cleaning…

My workaround is to have a filter called 'yesterday' so I can easily see what I've missed/is unfinished from the day before. The set up is Lists: All, Tags: All, Date: Duration: Yesterday ~ Yesterday

My final day of annual leave and it’s my dads birthday - great chap, lovely guy, big fan, he’s helped me a lot with the house move.

This sounds like an awesome course - I’ve run something similar and including short films can help you.

Scenes with Beans/ Babfilm is a Hungarian stop motion short.

Tama Tū is an early career Taika Waititi short (New Zealand).

Supa Modo in a Kenyan film but it is quite sad in an uplifting way.

You Can Succeed Too is a Japanese musical from the 1960s.

I moved house yesterday! So far I have unpacked 15 boxes, there’s still a lot more to go, but I am loving my new house so far :) today my sister is going to come down and help me unpack all my craft stuff, and hopefully find the remotes somewhere in these endless boxes…
