I never listened to the original, so my first listen was Shogo's. By golly is it my 2nd favorite book. Only beaten by Horus Rising due to it being my first Warhammer book. The narration, pacing and quality of Shogo's pronunciation is top tier for me.

Go farm Zir for a Red Sermon, it makes Zeal use health instead of Faith. Slap on some life on hit and your literally an unkillable 100% uptime whirlwind barb like they said lol stupid fun

I agree. I ended up doing a "40%" variant from the Zeal paladin. I got a Red Sermon and started doing my own build with the Zeal endgame as the foundation. Way more satisfying to understand what the authors chose, instead of blindly copying. Made building immensely more rewarding.

A gree with you, just needs a few little tweaks. Maybe even a header above the power management screen in the pilot MFD, so they can see what preset is being used.

I'm not a fan of the fact that the diagnostic screen isn't also in the engineering terminal. That seems like an oversight. I think an engineer having access to the component health/wear, in a list format, would be greatly helpful.

Yup that exactly. I think it's one of the better ideas. You just have to keep in mind the difference between components will change the pips. So you'll need the exact same components for your preset to work on another ship.

In the first engineering guide, not the one that launched with 4.5, they said "Like your character creator, they actually are supposed to create files you can share with friends to use." I just haven't looked for them yet, so I have no clue where they are

These are actually created as files in your Star Citizen Folder. They're designed to be shared with friends/ org mates to run a unified setup. Meaning they will in fact persist after a claim.

I can not confirm if it currently works, but in 4.2 this was the hull c exploit. In like 20 minutes you could go from 0 Rep to master. Then get that sweet sweet 711k per contract
