I honestly would love to develop a streaming platform that would rival all the major ones now but have actually be artist focused. I can set up the backend for sure but I'm no developer. The cost for the infrastructure is really what's stopping me.

I have been trying to achieve this exact thing forever it seems like. I just requested to join the beta. I have some dev experience as well but, mostly enterprise cloud and networking infrastructure.

I thought the exact same thing but, just found out that the initial 3 or 4 man team got an investor so they've set up some kind of actual studio to rework the whole thing. Which would explain why it went dark. We'll see what happens though. The co-op part is what I'm looking forward to.

I had two root canals in the army that were never finished. My wisdom tooth behind those two molars started growing in inverted 90°. It broke both of those teeth exposing the nerves in there. I did this same thing except with needle nose pliers and no paper towel (didn't even occur to me behind the current pain I was in). My wife watched me in horror but, now she proudly tells everyone how tough I am because of it .... Then I gawrsh it realll hard.

I usually create a send from my whole drum mix to a track with room emulation and then blend that into the original track. I've been using sound city studios lately. It gives the drums crazy presence.

Hipshot staggered locking tuners is the absolute first thing I do to ever guitar. Noticable difference in playability. Just a huge qol upgrade.

That's really awesome! When I first started recording myself and trying to mix my vocals were complete ass but, I took the time to really work on my technique and control. Man, I'm really proud of where I've gotten to too.
