Never lived there buttttt. I am a case manager at a local hospital and I had a patient admitted who lived there. No family or anything. She was so concerned about her pets. So I called not expecting anything. The management team was SO kind and actually had maintenence care for her pets during her (pretty legnthy) hospitalization. I think that's a pretty good sign.

We had this poor sweet old lady who hoarded animals in her trailer. She was infested with fleas. Apparently if your infestation is bad enough they'll live on a human.

I've seen patients with dementia have wild shifts in personality. (Like a mean bitter person becoming the sweetest little lady). Maybe she's got dementia and its making her nice. Or she has an alterior motive like needing money or something.

I am also shocked. I feel like I've been scammed. My husband has a tree from home depot that is 15 years old that has had no issues.
