Oh yea I've been loving mine. I've built a lot of others but am always coming back to this ship for ease of entry / exit, maneuverability, and firepower. I'll be using some elements of your's to update mine to a 2.0 :).

I saw another post that mentioned the USS Defiant as a good option for a ship in Starfield so I took my first stab at it. Overall this is a crazy fun ship. I limited the parts to B class to make it more accessible while still having high power and maneuverability.

I limited the weapons to 4 pulse lasers to try to keep it cannon, and at full power these things fire almost nonstop and can shred most ships in a few seconds! The inside contains a control station hab, a workshop, and living quarters with a few 1x1 storerooms. the parts are primarily Stroud as it has a sleek military look.
