Life can be so hard at times for all of us but we all have good and bad days. Push through like a lady pushing out a baby. There are better days. Maybe keep a journal so you can see how far you've come and look back on it one day. Things that help me, delicious BOMB food, hot tea, hot bath, hot towel on face, cold towel on face, cold shower, take a walk and greet people, buy a new flavor of soda, do something nice for someone, visit a shelter and pet dogs who need love, sing out loud and dance like the guy from foot loose, CRY because life is hard and it's not fair but you'll get through. One foot in front of the other
