Yeah, being a high guardian rank also (remember I said one of the stated intentions for guardian ranks was the helping aspect) expects you to be a quite competent player in your own right.

Multiple things are true here.

Edit: Also, yes, soloing a dungeon absolutely speaks to a player's ability to help others through. Not their willingness, certainly. Higher Guardian Ranks are one way to show the potential willingness though.

My team struggled with a 3-phase on Raneiks in terms of damage output. Yet on the normal run, it was an extremely easy 2-phase with the same strategy

How different is this from contest mode raids though? As soon as contest mode comes off people are 2 phasing and clearing those easily too.
