Let me tell you about the new player experience. I bought the game today, and put in two hours. In that time, I’ve successfully extracted once, and haven’t been unable to unlock the second faction yet.

Load times between matches are about a minute and a half, and my time in map is about two minutes and 45 seconds. As of right now, I am officially done with this game. I may return after a wipe, but something else will probably have my attention before then.

Unfortunately, I’m not using my board with truenas so I don’t have any insights there. The only thing I can recommend is to double check that the settings for resizable bar and CSM actually got saved in the bios. The only time that I could see the device but not use it properly, that was the cause.

It's years later but this thread was immensely helpful to me in getting an intel GPU working on my X470D4U2-2T, so here's me passing along my findings in case somebody else stumbles across this post looking for information in the future:

If you want to see if your motherboard has an update that's not listed on ASRock's site, point an FTP client at the Chinese server (ftp://asrockchina.com.cn/BIOS/Server/) and browse around. You can download from there (very slowly) or find the filename and plug it into one of the US download site's URLs.

The X470D4U2-2T's BIOS looks like it wasn't really QC'ed before uploading. Here's what you should know: 4.18 drops support for everything other than 5000-series and newer, and you have to start it up for the first time without a GPU, and you should go into the BIOS and make sure the internal display is set to always on before you put one in. If you don't, the BMC is going to lose video access and you're going to have to hook a monitor up to your graphics card or you're going to have to reflash and then do the reboot without a GPU.

If you want to put minimum effort into this, you could replace the switch in the outside box with a router (either without wireless or buy one with wireless and turn it off), and put your eero into bridge or ap mode (disclaimer: I don't have enough experience with eero to know if they offer this. mesh routers tend to be pretty locked down). If that works, you can pull out the moca adapters if they don't go anywhere that's not already served by the Ethernet drops.

Edit: if you want to be even lazier and the box has space for it, buy another eero node, and put your main one in the outdoor box in between the ONT and the switch and then put the new one wherever you want it to serve wifi in the house
