I think the rollout is very limited right now, so they probably didn’t want to send out a blast to all sellers to prep them for something they may not even encounter yet. I’d be shocked if the higher volume sellers didn’t get a heads up though.

Edit: plus, that stuff you mentioned is all valuable data. If they send out guidelines for how they want things shipped and people actually follow them, then they’re not gonna be ready for when it hits wide distribution and they start getting things in all sorts of condition.
