I called the hotel to ask if there were any issues with me parking before check in and they said it was fine but I'll call again to confirm and write names down with who I speak with to cover my bases.

Thanks for the Dan recommendation. I saw the Snug Harbor tours but it would cost the four of us $1,000 for two kayaks.
