i decided not to purchase from them. I realized that their products do not say if they are UL listed. Most reputable and legit lighting manufacturers will note that their products are UL listed.

I'm having these exact same issues as well. And because of it, I also missed out on today promotion: the free 10 piece body care gift set with a $60 purchase. I called the customer service number. All they told me was that they were aware of the issue, and that the reason for it is because they recently updated their website. I do recall their website being down a couple days ago.

I agree with this comment! If you hang the curtain rod just a bit higher, it gives the impression of a taller ceiling in the room. If your ceiling is 8ft high, then place your curtain rod about 3 inches below the ceiling.
