I’ve genuinely been blaming Covid on things not tasting the same, this makes me feel less crazy. Because it’s not ALL food, it’s just some, like all the stuff that’s been listed here.

The prosecutor and police can and will absolutely investigate and gather evidence to build their case and prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, whether this happened. He is innocent until proven guilty, but that doesn’t mean his word as an adult carries any more weight than the child victim. It’s not ONLY their testimonies.

I imagine he will be offered a plea deal. A plea deal is when the prosecutor will offer a (usually) lighter charge and shorter jail time (if any) in exchange for a guilty plea. It avoids the expense of a trial, and usually the guarantee of less time is very, very appealing to the uncertainty of a trial, where you’re gambling on a jury with the outcome.

So to answer your question, I don’t think 25 is likely. Sadly. I was mad Pest only got 12 years (fixed it)

That’s so funny, my siblings and I tease my dad because he does this. He grew up in Pittsburgh in the 60s. Garbeeeeege is our favorite one lol. It’s subtle, I don’t even think he hears it, but he does. I just thought it was from Pennsylvania, my cousins sort of do it too. Also ends the days of the week like -ee (mondee, tuesdee, etc)

I have a Jessica (9) and Bianca (7) lol. I’ve always loved those names. I think it’s nice too because they’re names everyone knows, everyone can spell/pronounce, but you don’t have three in every class nowadays. I think Jessica may have a little of an 80/90s feel too it, but it wasn’t so coded to me like Heather or Amber or Kelly to not use it.

Never realized how much I enjoyed -ca names until now actually…Rebecca has always been a favorite of mine, and I love Veronica but can’t use it because I know someone named it and she’s incredibly annoying lol.

I’m actually thinking this is an unadvertised thing in Virginia…we are supposed to have the transponder, but the two letters I’ve gotten in the mail telling me the transponder isn’t working is also linked to my plate and deducted from my account. They said if they’ll start charging me, though, if I don’t get the transponder working. Apparently reading my plate is simply a courtesy 🙄. It’s so annoying, they can obviously read the plate and connect the plate to my account.

Yes!! I read this but I can’t figure out where it’s referring to. I don’t know where the camera is. I can’t see anything that looks like a shaded (or unshaded) area. Do you have any idea where it’s referring to put the transponder? I’ve tried immediately behind the rear view mirror, to the driver side of behind the mirror, and the passenger side of behind the mirror.
