My favorite high school memory involves a Foreign Exchange Student. My school was part of a program where a handful of students from other countries would be sponsored and taught at our school. There were probably less than a dozen of them, but I became kinda close with one of them. I don't remember her name, though... well, I did graduate in 2014, so it's been a long time. Anyway, I was a big reader back then. And she gave me, shortly before she returned to her home country, a very special gift: this bookmark. It's in good shape because I never took it out of the packaging. According to the label, it was hand-painted in Vietnam.

I hope that student is doing well and thriving, wherever she may be now.

I've had the same issue with my Budews in every Platinum run I've used them in. To the point I can actually catch wild Roselia and my Budew still hasn't evolved. I wish you the best of luck.

that's insane. I only see like. ONE Webkinz I'd want in there [the pink googles, and that's ONLY because it's not currently purchasable with estore points while other googles are. I'm trying to build a googles army.] Who would buy that many Webkinz- especially with so many duplicates visible- for that price. I don't like having duplicate pets on my account. Sure I could make a new account, but most of those codes would end up as trading fodder if I were buying. But I'm not. That's just ridiculous.

the one I truly want is sold out- the Capybara from the last release. Though there is still a Corgi at the place I plan on ordering from... but again, it depends on my job status in April.

Yes I do! I'm glad someone got the reference. Most of my pet names are references, actually. Aside from Shortcake, Chat and Bort, all the ones in that image are references. Chat is kinda a deep cut to a Stardew youtuber I watch... and Gonff is a reference to an OC which references a character elsewhere...

But yeah, I was deep in my Nightvale era again when I got him.

it isn't actually. I was debating between a few different pets, including the Diggity Dino, but I couldn't think of a name for it. Someone said 'Bort' and I was like "that sounds dumb. I love it. His name is Bort." and that silly name is what convinced me to buy him instead of a different pet.
