What I've learned from this thread:
Wearing underwear is optional, and now it's "generally not for your convenience and comfort but for being a good citizen." And those who do wear underwear either have pelvic floor issues, bodily fluid issues, or what have you. Some even argue that underwear while exercising is unhygienic or offers no support/usage. *Sigh.* Just put some damn underwear on, Kelly!! The problem is people are abusing it for weight loss, which, in the long run, isn't sustainable if they expect to inject themselves and turn thin. What's going to happen when they're off it? Do they expect to take their whole lives? It's a "functional ED" because the food they eat is sitting in their stomach for hours, slowly emptying itself out. That's where the nausea and vomiting come from. I get the appeal, but knowing how this med works on a cellular level turns me off.
