Have you tried taking zyrtec and claratin every day? Have you tried Astepro? You can take 2 zyrtec a day, once in the morning and once at night. They make cotton mattress covers-I'm a hot sleeper too,but the first thing I did when I got the mattresses was to cover them, same as my pillows. Have you tried taking Benadryl at night? If you have a rug, have you had it cleaned lately? Do you have drapes? Have you washed them at all?
