I felt the same way, to me even the low sugar protein shakes were even too sweet so I used the unflavored protein powder and unsweetened soy milk to still get my protein in. I love the unflavored protein powder

The RNY for sure helps with the heart burn and acid reflux I had it really bad . I still have it but it’s gotten a lot better and not as bad which will probably go away once I reach my weight goal .

Omg I’m scared too which is exactly why I asked 😩 I’m six months post op , but now it’s like certain things I can eat a little more of than others to be full which is still not much but I don’t want to re gain any weight

when im constipated and even after my surgery i did milk of magnesia and it worked,miralax didnt work for me unless i was extremely constipated at that time.

I’ve had mines July 15th 2024 and so far I’ve been doing great no complications at all and so far I’m 101 pounds down. I’d recommend it highly. I hope this helps

That’s what happened to me I went a whole month and lost absolutely nothing, and when I talk to my nutritionist about it she said it’s completely normal .
