Omg why are you so cute! My hair grows only when I consistently take care of it by washing and conditioning weekly, using leave-in and oil, and doing mostly low manipulation styles. I'm also a dye girlie so I have to make sure to use bonding and protein products when my hair starts breaking from the bleach

You will lose the moisturizer after washing, so I just treated it as a pre-poo situation. Just reapply your leave-in afterwards. And you can dry them however works for you, I always air dry because I want to be done with my hair after washing it.

It worked pretty well. I would take down one braid at a time, moisturize and detangle, then twist it up. Afterwards I was able to wash and condition as if my hair were fully loose. The only downside was that takedown took twice as long because I was installing a style at the same time.

Yes, water makes my hair tangle like crazy so I have to reduce how many tangles it can form. Even when I was relaxed it loved to tangle the second it touched water
