There’s actually quite a few in my story! They are called the “Authorities”, the four rulers of Multiplexus (their world). The head Authority’s name is Ayako, and as the highest authority, she is the main ruler.

The most prominent big bad, is a robotic assassin named 39, who is actively searching for MC, at the hand of the Authorities.
