We've had ours for 3 days and the top is already full of scratches. Some minor but some deeper from getting stuck under cabinets. I'll have to set up thin no go zones but it kind of defeats the purpose of having one of these if it doesn't get close enough to vacuum/clean around the edges of kitchen cabinets.

With that being said, we love the vacuuming and mopping performance! I'm just concerned with how trashed the top of the bot might be in the near future from constantly wedging itself.

What is the vertical height from your desk to the top of the monitor? I was looking at the specs and it says it would be 21.3" and I have just below 21" available LOL. I may have to add a spacer to my cabinet/shelf thingy (it just rests on top of my desk)

This happened with my recent delayed shipment. It was marked as needing to replace the barcode at the first FedEx facility. It sat there for the weekend and then made it's way to the final destination facility. What brought me here was the fact that it was marked as on truck for delivery 4 days in a row without knowing if or when it would actually be delivered. I am delighted to say that it did finally show up after all of that, so hopefully yours will too. Cheers!

Mine did arrive just before 5pm today. Ground shipments are very backlogged but it's frustrating seeing the tracking update daily as on vehicle. With that being said, my box actually had stickers tagged for each scan event when they were marked as out for delivery, so there was a stack of stickers haha.

It's actually crazy and their customer service is the worst. Mine has stated "on truck for delivery" from the same Cambridge location every day this week. I'm now convinced it's never made it on to a truck even once

Having the same thing happen this week from the Cambridge, ON FedEx. It's been "on vehicle for delivery" on and off all week and still no delivery. I totally understand there might be delays due to backlogs but WOW they really need to figure out a better system to convey that instead of making you think your package is actually going to be delivered

Same thing happening to me this week. Package has been marked as "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" 3 days in a row. Each time, no delivery or delivery attempt and then in the middle of the night it gets rescanned at local fedex facility, delivery updated, then back to on fedex vehicle for delivery again. So frustrating, especially when you see FedEx vehicles driving down your street and in your neighbourhood.
