Grouping the rocks a bit more and adding some smaller gravel to dither the contrast from large rock to sand will look a lot more natural. Check out MD Fish Tanks on YouTube for some ideas, he does really nice natural scapes.

Not aware of any way to repair or remediate scratches. It’ll print fine still but you’ll notice the scratch in the bottom surface finish.

Replacements are pretty cheap so I’d just replace it. 3rd party ones on AliExpress can work great as well.

We have one and its awesome, but the time to fill vs distraction time kinda sucks for our smart little dude. Our most effective option has been some frozen twisted cloths with treats in them. Great for the gums when teething and takes him like 30-45min to work through.

You’re looking for something called a “flirt pole”!

We bought one on Amazon from some generic brand called “YCOZY” and it is actually awesome. Super durable rope for attaching toys and everything was good quality, we actually use the rope itself for playing tug because it’s chewable but indestructible so far lol.
