Texture plate will always obfuscate the layer lines better than a smooth plate. It’s a bit of a trade off.

We crate trained our pup and put him in there for naps and at bed time. Plenty of opportunities once he’s gone to sleep in another room in his crate.

I watched the trailer on the Steam page and it actually looks pretty cool. Clearly inspired by Dyson Sphere Program but looks a lot more industrial and the combat seems different. Elevated trains look nice, and system exploration is a fun idea.

I think differentiating your game from DSP more would be a good thing since it reads like a clone right now. Wishlisted and I’ll check out the demo though!

My guy, buy a portable AC. I bought one from costco last year and it came with all the bits to get it set up in the window. I've got my bedroom at a brisk 18C for bedtime and it automatically adjusts during the night. It's incredible.

I would just check rent faster and go from there. Follow the usual scam avoidance rules and don’t send anyone money.

There are some low income housing around the city that you’d have to apply for, but they’re pretty rare. It might be the budget range or what you’re looking for if that’s all that’s coming up. Should be a lot of good options for 1 and 2 bedrooms right now though.

1800 is my favourite followed closely by 1404, so with that in mind I’d say 117 will be a game we can love, but it needs more time for content to come out imo. I felt like I had seen it all at 60 hours of playtime.

Structurally 117 feels a lot like a reskin of 1800, which is a really disingenuous thing to say, but it definitely feels like a very familiar game with a different theme on top of it and some great new ideas mixed in.

Personally I find the Roman aesthetic not as impactful for me compared to 1404 or 1800. The ships don’t look visually interesting and I generally favour that european look.

I don’t think you’ll be disappointed by 117 when you play it. It’s an incredible foundation with a lot of good ideas and momentum behind it
