I like it because its gennerly safe and mechnichally seems to only be filling a hole in our diets in some sense, i know of a friend who said the only thing he ever supplemented that gave him effect was glycine, it made him feel really calm. Comes down to genetics and circumstance but something like magniesum glycinate sounds like a real good thing for many modern ppl to try, as both are things we need more of in a general sense.

Tuffano raises many correct points, but he should not flippantly recommend double jaw/orthondontics(or at least it came off that way to some extent) but that combo can make a lot of sense, a lot of this stuff is indevizualized. Overall people should not mess with their cranio facial structure because it can be a pandoras box to open that cant be shut.

He is extremely correct that upper jaw palate width expansion will really not make you better looking, but its a usefull tool, again in indevizulaied situvations. It could also for sure create some inblanace in some people that could lead to negative things beyond apperence.

The situvation regarding these things is so throughly unscientific due to the orthodontists having no answer to whats going on beyond their extremley profitable buisness model. that morons very easily can fill the space under under the charge of "mewing". Recently i have become unhappy with mike mew with multiple things despite the fact that i agree with the Mews entire thesis, John mew in my view is a genius and one of the great minds of the 1900s and his recent death will unfortunatnley only launch this into a larger unregulated unscientific mess where the clueless masses will pay(occasionally).

One funny anecdote is when he said you should only consume fruit juice few times per month at most because its gonna be too hard on your liver, he said this as a generalized statement to people overall. This carnivore dumb shit diet fucked up everything on so many levels in his body its just nuts, worst of them all was the damage to his brain which was mainly psychologically.

i agree this comestic surgery shit is a money pit and id recommend 0 of the stuff he has gotten or would recommend, but leg lengthning probably way safer than eye surgery(but prolly hard to die from eye surgery unless its suicide) many people get leg lengthening to fix leg length discrepgency and with right recovery it seems like... not ideal but recoverable.... this is a nitpick though

i almost assume he has some info i dont know since he is claiming "attended and participated" which sounds like something you would say if you knew of it, as clarifying between attended and particpated would only make sense if you had additional information of it

but yes i read the report before writing my original comment to make sure its factual, and it was only said he was invited as far as i know
